Collection: Pastries
Our Pastries are made with Single Origin Flour and fermented for 24 hours, we use New Zealand Butter sheets and hand fold and shape every single pastry. We use a high water content to create those soft buttery insides and flakey crunch on the outside. All our fillings and garnishes are made in house.
Our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen, all products may contain traces of nuts
