Collection: Sourdough Bread

Our Sourdough is naturally fermented for 48 hours. We only use Single Origin Flour locally sourced from Provenance Flour and Malt. We have varieties to suit all tastes. Our Sourdough originated in a wine room in the Dromana and has been fed only Spitfire Flour continually for 10 years.  All our Sourdough contains minimum 10% Rye Wholemeal Flour to make it easer for your gut to digest.

Our kitchen is not a nut free kitchen, all products may contain traces of nuts
